NatlEshipWeek's Federal History

National Entrepreneurship Week is a congressionally-chartered week established via bipartisan support on July 7, 2006 via House Resolution 699.

"I rise to support National Entrepreneurship Week. House Resolution 699 calls the President to issue a proclamation recognizing National Entrepreneurship Week and to encourage all levels of government to observe National Entrepreneurship Week annually."

Since NatlEshipWeek's relaunch in 2017, federal agencies have played a key role in amplifying support of entrepreneurship during the annual initiative through social media and annual programming.

 

NatlEshipWeek has included speakers from:
